The optimised enzymatic process yields an ultra-high total amino acid content of ≥ 45% (typical 46–50%) with ≥ 38% free amino acids and the highest proportion of low-molecular-weight bioactive peptides (< 500 Da) available commercially.
Characteristic very high glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamic acid and alanine content with natural L-configuration intact. Zero plant-source amino acids, zero fillers, zero chlorides.
